I’m not sure when I would like to use my Universal Orlando™ 2 Park Explorer Ticket. Do I need to specify the dates I wish to visit the parks at the time of booking?

No, you will receive an open-dated Universal Ticket. Your Universal Orlando™ 2 Park Explorer Ticket is activated the first time you visit one of the parks or a select live entertainment venue at  Universal CityWalk™. However, the ticket is only valid to use in the specified calendar year purchased, so 2017 tickets must be activated on or before 31 December 2017.

Does the Universal Orlando™ 2 Park Explorer Ticket expire?

Yes, the Universal Orlando™ 2 Park Explorer Ticket Expires after 14 days from first use irrespective of how many times the ticket has been used. The expiration date will be printed on ticket.

Can I visit both Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ in the same day?

Yes, the Universal Orlando™ 2 Park Explorer Ticket gives you unlimited access to both Universal Parks for the duration of the ticket, so you can visit Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ as many times as you like within this time including visiting both parks in the same day.

Does the Universal Orlando™ 2 Park Explorer Ticket have any restrictions?

At Universal CityWalk™ some of the venues require you to be aged 21 years or above and photo ID is required. At Universal CityWalk™, it is not valid for separately ticketed concerts and special events and does not include admission to AMC® Universal Cineplex 20 with IMAX®, the Blue Man Group show or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™. Additional restrictions apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Terms and Conditions

• Ticket valid for arrivals from 1 January 2017.
• The Universal Orlando™ 2 Park Explorer Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida™, Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ and select live entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk™.
• The ticket is valid on all days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. To receive the full fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission, the ticket must be used by the first use date printed on the ticket.
• The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited.
• The above ticket is non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days. Valid only during normal operating hours.
• Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort™.
• The ticket specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk™ venues.
• Some CityWalk™ venues require ages 21 or older for admission.
• This ticket does not include admission to AMC® Universal Cineplex 20 with IMAX^®, the Blue Man Group show or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™.
• Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, parking is not included and there are no discounts on food or merchandise. Valid Photo ID required.
