Coronavirus Update

This is an exceptionally busy and difficult time for the travel industry and for you - our customers. We are endeavouring to do all we can to assist you and be as flexible as possible with our terms and conditions. However, due to the volume of calls and emails we are receiving our response time may be slower than usual. We ask you to a) read our policy below for guidance and b) be patient. We will help and we will get to your call, emails and questions. Our customer service team are all working hard to help all customers, particularly those due to travel in the coming days. For the fastest response to your questions, it is recommended that customers call rather than email where possible.

AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2020 DEPARTURES

As countries respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, including travel and border restrictions, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advises against all non-essential travel overseas until further notice. The following revised amendment and cancellation policies apply to all bookings departing up to 31 August 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will extend the departure period accordingly. For bookings departing 1 September onwards, flights and holidays are currently scheduled to go ahead as normal and our standard booking conditions apply.

If you have received your Disney, Universal or SeaWorld Parks 2020 tickets:

Amending to another date in 2020

You may wish to try and re-book your holiday for another departure date in 2020. If this is the case, you can keep your tickets/booking live until you know whether you will be going or not as most tickets will be valid to use later in 2020:

  • Disney Ultimate Tickets - tickets are open dated and valid to use until 30 September 2021 (tickets must be activated on or before 16 September 2021 to get the full 14 days usage).
  • Dated Disney After Hours Tickets - these can be amended to any date in 2020 or 2021 (as and when these dates are released), but any difference in ticket price will still be payable. The amendment process will be the same as 'the process for changing the year of travel' detailed below.
  • Universal Explorer Tickets - tickets are open-dated and can be activated at any time up to and including 4 December 2021.
  • SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Tickets - tickets are open dated and can be activated at any time up to 31 December 2021.
  • Orlando Combo Tickets - Our combos are made up of the Disney, Universal and SeaWorld tickets listed above and you have been sent separate park tickets for each element. Please refer to the instructions for each ticket type above.
  • Kennedy Space Center Tickets - Admission Tickets are valid through to 31 December 2020. Space Passes must be re-booked for a new date. If you need to re-book your Space Passes, please email customerservices@orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk. Space Passes can only be amended if the request to change is made at least 24 hours in advance of the original visit date.
  • LEGOLAND Florida Tickets - check the printed expiry date on your ticket. If your ticket is not valid for your revised holiday dates, please return the ticket as per the process for changing the year of travel below and we will send new tickets that are valid until the end of 2020.
  • Discovery Cove Packages - tickets can be amended to any date in 2020 or 2021. Discovery Cove prices vary by season. Any difference in ticket price will still be payable. The amendment process will be the same as 'the process for changing the year of travel' detailed below.

Amending to a date in 2021

If you wish to change the dates of your tickets to 2021, we will waive all admin fees, so only the difference in the ticket price will be payable (if applicable).

  • Disney Ultimate Tickets - The expiry of 2020 Disney Ultimate Tickets will now be extended until 30 September 2021 (tickets must be activated on or before 16 September 2021 to get the full 14 days usage). If you are planning to change your holiday to any time 1 January to 16 September 2021, you can keep your tickets as these can be activated at any time between these dates. If you are changing your holiday to a date between 17 September to 31 December 2021, tickets will need to be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel below. The difference in the ticket price will be payable.
  • Universal Explorer Tickets - The expiry of 2020 Universal Orlando Explorer Tickets will now be extended until 17 December 2021 (tickets must be activated on or before 4 December 2021). If you are planning to change your holiday to any time 1 January to 4 December 2021, you can keep your tickets as these can be activated at any time on or before 4 December 2021. If you are changing your holiday to a date between 5 to 31 December 2021, tickets will need to be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel. The difference in the ticket price will be payable.
  • SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Tickets - SeaWorld have now extended the validity of their 2020 tickets until 31 December 2021. If you are planning to change your holiday to any time in 2021, you can use your current tickets.
  • Discovery Cove Packages - tickets can be amended to any date in 2021. Discovery Cove prices vary by season and any difference in ticket price will still be payable. The amendment process will be the same as the 'Process for changing the year of travel (non-Disney tickets)' detailed below if you wish to amend tickets.
  • Orlando Combo Tickets - All Disney Combos including the Orlando Ultimate Ticket - if you are planning to change your holiday to any time 1 January to 16 September 2021, you can keep your tickets as these can be activated at any time on or before 16 September 2021. If you are changing your holiday to a date between 17 September to 31 December 2021, tickets will need to be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel. The difference in the ticket price will be payable.
  • - Orlando 6 Park FlexiTicket - if you are planning to change your holiday to any time 1 January to 4 December 2021, you can keep your tickets as these can be activated at any time on or before 4 December 2021. If you are changing your holiday to a date between 5 to 31 December 2021, tickets will need to be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel. The difference in the ticket price will be payable.
  • - LEGOLAND Florida and SeaWorld Parks Combo Ticket - Tickets will need to be returned to us as per the process for changing the year of travel. The difference in the ticket price will be payable.

Process for changing the year of travel:

Return the tickets to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery (if applicable). Please include the original packing slip, or a covering note with your name and booking reference.

If you have received your 2020 Disney, Universal or SeaWorld Parks tickets and want to cancel your booking

We are reducing cancellation fees to 20% if you wish to cancel your booking. Customers with Flex-Plus will receive a full refund, minus the cost of the policy.

- Special Note on Dated Disney After Hours Tickets: If you are unable to amend your ticket to another date in 2020, these tickets can be refunded in full.
- Special Note on LEGOLAND Florida Tickets: If you have not downloaded your LEGOLAND Tickets from your customer account, these can be redunded in full.

Process for cancelling your tickets

Return the tickets to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery (if applicable). Please include the original packing slip, or a covering note with your name and booking reference.

4) We will refund 80% (or the full cost minus the cost of the Flex-Plus policy) once refunds are received from our suppliers. This could take longer than usual as attractions are currently closed due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, but we will do our best to expedite the process.

5) We will confirm the refund payment and send a cancellation invoice by email which you can use for any insurance claim.

If you have paid a deposit for 2020 tickets and yet to pay the balance

There will be a loss of deposit if you cancel your booking, so you may wish to keep your 2020 booking live until you know whether you can re-book your holiday for a later date.

If your holiday is cancelled and you are unable to visit Orlando later in 2020, you can change the dates of your tickets to 2021 or 2022. We will waive all amendment fees, with only the difference in ticket price being added to your outstanding balance.

There is no rush to make a decision now. Once you are certain that your current 2020 holiday arrangements cannot go ahead as planned and you would like to amend your booking to 2021 or 2020, please call our customer service team on 0203 195 9260 to notify us of your intention to defer travel to 2021 or 2022.

  • If amending to your tickets to 2021, our customer service team will update your booking accordingly and send you a revised confirmation.
  • If amending your tickets to 2022, our customer service team will leave your deposit as a credit on your booking and update you when 2022 tickets become available.

To offer as much flexibility as possible, you can amend your booking for free more than once – so don’t worry if your plans change again.

Important Note: Please refrain from downloading your tickets from your customer account (if you have not already done so). This makes it easier for us to apply the amendment and cancellation policies below as many tickets become non-refundable once downloaded.

Amending your booking

We will waive all amendment fees if you wish to re-book to another date in 2020 or 2021. New dates are subject to availability, please check availability on our website before choosing a new date. The difference in the ticket price will be payable (if applicable).

Process for amending your tickets

1) Email customerservices@orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk to notify us of your intention to defer travel to another date.

2) We will update your booking and you will receive a revised confirmation.

3) We will waive all admin fees. New ticket prices may apply.

Cancelling your booking

Many tickets can be cancelled for free up to the point of travel or if digital tickets have NOT been downloaded from your customer account - Please see individual ticket description pages for product specific cancellation terms. If you have already downloaded your digital tickets or tickets that fall outside the free cancellation terms above, we are reducing cancellation fees to 20% if you wish to cancel your booking.

Process for cancelling your tickets

1) Confirm your intention to cancel by emailing customerservices@orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk. Please quote your booking reference in the subject line.

2) We will confirm receipt of this request by email.

3) We will refund once refunds are received from our suppliers. This could take longer than usual as attractions are currently closed due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, but we will do our best to expedite the process.

4) We will confirm the refund payment and send a cancellation invoice by email which you can use for any insurance claim.
