In World Showcase, 11 different countries from around the world offer us the very best aspects of their cultures, entertainment and cuisine. Dining at Epcot is also world-famous: Renowned restaurants like Japan's Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki and Italy's L'Originale Alfredo di Roma are just two of the authentic international dining experiences located in World Showcase.

• Mariachi Cobre- Thrill to a whole new generation of traditional Mexican folk music. This wondrous group includes three guitarists, two trumpet players and seven violinists who combine to deliver a warm, rich sound that sweeps you into their spirit of celebration.
• Matsuriza- Be dazzled by the dynamic sights and thundering sounds of this traditional Japanese Taiko drum corps.
• Miyuki-Be fascinated by this incredible candy artist who crafts wondrous taffy-like animals and flowers before your eyes.

Epcot is probably the most ‘grown up’ of the four Disney parks but being Disney, they still manage to have a mix of attractions making it suitable for all age groups. Epcot comprises of 2 parts- Future World and World Showcase. Future World is where you find the majority of the rides, many of which are educational yet still manage to be exhilarating and thrilling. At World Showcase you will find 11 countries of the world round a lagoon-never has traveling the world been as easy and with no delays! These feature cuisines, shops, rides, shows and films relating to each country. The highlight for me, however, is Reflections of Earth, the nightly fireworks and laser show done to music around the lagoon-not to be missed. To get a good vantage point for this people start gathering around the lagoon at least an hour before it starts. I would suggest having a meal at one of the restaurants overlooking the lagoon a couple of hours before the show and to just stay there and watch the show from there.
