When matching or refunding, we reserve the right to take into account any additional hidden surcharges, such as credit card delivery fees. This price promise only extends to authorised ticket brokers and if we price match with another authorised UK Company, then we reserve the right to withdraw any added value that we may normally send with the tickets.

We believe that once you've purchased a product, you should have it! So regardless of your date of departure from the UK, we will send your tickets via courier (we're unaffected by potential Royal Mail strikes) within 8 days.
