Come and fly like the aces of yesteryear. This is not a simulator…it's the real thing!
Fly the legendary 'Pilot Maker' used to train 70% of the Allied pilots during the Second World War. This is a 100% hands-on experience and whether you want an exhilarating experience or a smooth sightseeing flight, this unique adventure is completely tailored to you. Accompanied by an experienced instructor, you will be given the chance to take the controls in the front seat, allowing you to live the dream of an Allied Fighter pilot! You do not need any previous flying experience and first time flyers, nostalgia buffs and qualified pilots will all enjoy flying this piece of history.
Choose from a 15-minute ‘Fly the Legend Flight’, the ever popular 30-minute flight or the ‘Ultimate Experience’ 60-minute flight which offers the chance to learn aerobatic manoeuvres. This is a hands-on experience and you will be given the chance to take the controls as your expert instructor teaches you everything about flying this legendary aircraft.
Flights are available from 10.00am to 5.00pm Tuesday to Saturday.
Under 18s must have parental consent – parents will need to sign a form on the day. Maximum individual weight in the airplane is 254 lbs and minimum height is 48 inches.
Warbird Adventures are located at Kissimmee Gateway Airport, 7.3 miles east of the I-4 (Exit 64A) on Hoagland Blvd. You must make your own way to the airfield.
This made my holiday, i fullfilled a life long ambition. I highly recommend this attraction over any other. If im back in flotida again i would do the longer flight do i could do some aerobatics. . The company was excellent and made this a very enjoyable experience. - Andy
