I would like to express my complete satisfaction with Orlando Ticket Deals (OTD). My initial e-mail, regarding a group sale, was sent on 31 December 2011 and I received a reply the same day from Wendy. Not expecting a reply, I e-mailed Wendy on 1 January 2012. I was greeted by a reply within seconds! In less than thirty minutes, which included two more e-mails and replies and a telephone call from Wendy, my business was complete and my tickets ordered.
After five days, I received a telephone call with an update on my order and a provisional delivery date. Later, I received a confirmation e-mail of the actual delivery date. The tickets duly arrived and are just as ordered.
OTD is a first-class service and my business was conducted politely, efficiently and quickly. My thanks to your staff and I will use again and recommend OTD to anyone considering the purchase of Orlando tickets.

I write to inform you how pleased my family and I were with the excellent service you provided us and the theme park tickets we purchased through your company for our holiday in Florida. Having purchased the whole package through you, we saw no fewer than 14 theme parks during our 3 weeks in Florida. As a consequence we have returned home for a well deserved rest. As we staggered the Disney and Seaworld/Discovery Cove packages, we were able to visit at least one theme park right up to the final day of our 3 weeks holiday. Although the Discovery Cove package seemed expensive at first, when considered against the other 4 theme/waters parks for a duration of 14 days included in this package, the initial outlay becomes very reasonable. I was further impressed with your service when we had lost one of the Disney theme park tickets and following one call to your office, I was able to obtain a replacement ticket at a Disney Park the next day. The extra insurance for this service proved worthwhile.Thank you again for an excellent package and I look forward recommending you to my family and friends.
Apologies for not getting back sooner, but our mobile and Internet access in Florida was a bit hit and miss. We used you last year and had great service, tickets being delivered within five days, on the back of this I have since recommended a number of my work colleagues to use your company and I know they have been very pleased. I write to inform you how pleased my family and I were with the excellent service you provided us and the theme park tickets we purchased through your company for our holiday in Florida. Having purchased the whole package through you, we saw no fewer than 14 theme parks during our 3 weeks in Florida. As a consequence we have returned home for a well deserved rest. As we staggered the Disney and Seaworld/Discovery Cove packages, we were able to visit at least one theme park right up to the final day of our 3 weeks holiday. Although the Discovery Cove package seemed expensive at first, when considered against the other 4 theme/waters parks for a duration of 14 days included in this package, the initial outlay becomes very reasonable. I was further impressed with your service when we had lost one of the Disney theme park tickets and following one call to your office, I was able to obtain a replacement ticket at a Disney Park the next day. Ordered your Disney tickets which arrived by recorded delivery within 3 days. I was a bit worried that they might not work when we got to the parks, but all tickets were 100% legit, with absolutely no problems experienced, (and at a much better price that our travel agent could offer!!) I even passed the details onto my boss who also purchased family tickets. Great service and very reliable.

I am contacting you to thank you for the excellent service I received from your company, for the last minute booking made by myself for Disney tickets. I rang on tuesday 2nd August and spoke to an operator called Mary, I explained that I had been let down by another ticket agent, and we were leaving on the 10th August. She promised she would do all she could to get the tickets to me on time. Mary was true to her word as the tickets arrived on Friday 5th august. Wow what brilliant service, Tickets in my hand just 3 days after ordering. So once again a Big Thank You to you all, and rest assured I will be recommending you to friends and family and anyone else who will listen. As you posted your email address on the Dibb I thought I would just take the opportunity to say how happy we have been with your prices and in particular your service.
We used you last year and had great service, tickets being delivered within five days, on the back of this I have since recommended a number of my work colleagues to use your company and I know they have been very pleased.
I used your company again last week to purchase some Universal & Seaworld/Busch tickets. Again they arrived within five days however this time a slight mistake was made, we received two sets of Seaworld/Busch tickets and no Universal tickets. I rang your company on Friday morning and spoke to Martin in dispatch. He assured me that he would see to the problem personally and I posted the duplicate tickets back on Friday. On Saturday morning the replacement tickets arrived. Of course mistakes happen but what makes a really good company is how quick they resolve the problem. Martin was superb and I would appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks to him for sorting out the problem so quickly. Truly excellent Customer Service.

I'm not sure if this is the correct department to send my email. I recently used your website to purchase tickets for the Disney parks. I've never used the internet before to purchase items so I was unsure of the whole procedure & how safe it would be.
I was very impressed by the layout of your website everything was so easy to find and you gave so much more information about all the parks than other companies. I was also impressed by how quick I received the tickets I ordered them on a Friday & I had received them by the Wednesday!! I will certainly tell everyone about your company.
I collected the tickets from my collection office 2day and let them know I was most unhappy that they did not leave a note that they were awaiting my collection.
