I had to contact you to tell you what a wonderful member of staff you have in Nicky. I phoned up wanting tickets for Discovery Cove and she was polite and helpful. She said she would get back to me the next day to tell me if she had any for my date which was only three weeks away. As promised she called, unlike a couple of other companies I had contacted. To my delight she got me tickets which arrived on time and we had a fantastic time and it made our holiday. She also had the time to tell me where to go and what was worth doing.
I have already recommended your company to friends as I found it friendly and good value for money.
