Great Service

As you posted your email address on the Dibb I thought I would just take the opportunity to say how happy we have been with your prices and in particular your service.
We used you last year and had great service, tickets being delivered within five days, on the back of this I have since recommended a number of my work colleagues to use your company and I know they have been very pleased.
I used your company again last week to purchase some Universal & Seaworld/Busch tickets. Again they arrived within five days however this time a slight mistake was made, we received two sets of Seaworld/Busch tickets and no Universal tickets. I rang your company on Friday morning and spoke to Martin in dispatch. He assured me that he would see to the problem personally and I posted the duplicate tickets back on Friday. On Saturday morning the replacement tickets arrived. Of course mistakes happen but what makes a really good company is how quick they resolve the problem. Martin was superb and I would appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks to him for sorting out the problem so quickly. Truly excellent Customer Service.
