I am contacting you to thank you for the excellent service I received from your company, for the last minute booking made by myself for Disney tickets. I rang on tuesday 2nd August and spoke to an operator called Mary, I explained that I had been let down by another ticket agent, and we were leaving on the 10th August. She promised she would do all she could to get the tickets to me on time. Mary was true to her word as the tickets arrived on Friday 5th august. Wow what brilliant service, Tickets in my hand just 3 days after ordering.
