When matching or refunding, we reserve the right to take into account any additional hidden surcharges, such as credit card delivery fees. We believe that once you've purchased a product, you should have it! So regardless of your date of departure from the UK, we will send your tickets via courier (we're unaffected by potential Royal Mail strikes) within 8 days.
